The redevelopment and extension of a house in Bayswater, London and new Annex in the rear garden. The reordering of the house and new rear extension over three floors creates large lateral spaces that can enjoy a more direct relationship with the South facing garden and interplay with the rear new build annex. The use of flush glazing, contemporary openings and consistent materials link the new elements together so that the timber clad annex, extension and house read as a consistent, sympathetic whole.
